why it is important to use condoms to help reduce the spread of
sexually transmitted diseases, which can cause your life. Condom
is a more effective choice in birth control and reducing risk of
diseases. Other forms of contraceptions like birth control pills,
diaphragm, IUD or cervical cap does not protect against sexually
transmitted diseases. If you do use any other form of birth control,
you will still need a condom as an addition to prevent contracting
